THE COOKIE OBSESSION
Cookie Xperiment started when Ale Galan became obsessed to make the perfect cookie. She worked all day as a cake artist but once she got home she kept baking cookies and making slight changes to the recipe hoping that the next batch would taste better. It took her years of testing with very hard quality control, (her husband 😜) until one day she was ready to share them with the world.
Ale has competed on the Food Network, Disney + , The next Great Baker Latinoamerica, to name a few. This experiment will be her toughest challenge of all, as YOU will be the judge!

We will be representing those who move away from home with a bag FULL OF DREAMS and take every opportunity to learn and become better people/pastry chefs along the way 👩🍳🎂

Chocolate Meltdown on Hershey Park
This was my very first time on the the food network!
A halloween baking show, my favorite.
We recorded it in the middle on the night at Hershey Park (middle on the pandemic)
